Refund policy

At MG Store, we aim to provide high-quality Mobile Accessories. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, here’s how we can help:

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You can request a return within 10 days of item delivered.

You can request an exchange and replacement within 5 days of delivery and it can be delivered within 10 days

  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • The product is the wrong.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in perfect condition.
  • The original invoice must be provided.

2. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery via support@mgstore.in or WhatsApp: +919310550652.
  • Share clear images of the issue along with your order details.
  • Once approved, refunds will be credited within 7 working days to your original payment method.

3. Important Notes

  • Refunds are not applicable for minor color variations due to screen differences.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is from our end.
  • Sunday is a non-working day, so requests made on Sunday will be reviewed the next working day.
